When you want to feel encompassed with a strong foundation but you question yourself and where you are, this is where Stand By Me - My Rock comes from. Actually, I painted this while my mom and I were taking an art class. I thought what a beautiful night and experience we had. This night while we were painting a storm came, we were on the patio, but both of us were grounded doing what we loved, which was creating and painting. Being free and in the outdoors, a very calming presence. So I sit and reflect, it's being with your rock that keeps you grounded, loved, supported, and always truthful.
