Caught in the moment of "munchin'," I had the joy of meeting this young moose #5 in Estes Park, CO, within the stunning Rocky Mountain National Park. With his antlers still wrapped in soft velvet, he embodied a blend of power and gentleness. Unfazed by the crowd of tourists snapping photos, he calmly nibbled away in the marsh, just enough visible for me to capture the moment and get inspired to paint him! I hope you enjoy his presence and the sweet, gentle stare he gives you.
