This piece was painted freehand from an actual bull elk photograph that I took in Estes Park, CO.
I was inspired to do an actual painting and challenge myself to a new level with what I just absolutely love to see. These elk are LARGE and IMPACTFUL!! Two bull elk in the rut and bringing forth the still beauty from power, strength, art, and nature. It truly is magical and a rare sight.
